Carrots at the Beach, is a personal project during the cold month of November through December. Carrots are in season at the local farmers market and I found some uniquely shaped carrots there and couldn’t help but draw them to life. I choose a beach theme since it isn’t in season unlike the carrots, so it made perfect sense to combine carrots at the beach for a winter theme.

Carrot Surfing
Continuing the ‘Carrots at the Beach‘ theme is Surf who’s number one favourite beach activity is surfing.
Scuba Carrot
The unusual carrots I find at the local farmers market are astounding. This one was particularly difficult because of the four appendages it grew. Luckily the octopi helped give the right idea for this unique carrot.
Floating Carrot
The last carrot in the project series is this happy little carrot enjoying a ride on the ocean’s with his favourite yellow floaty tube.
